Check in and Check out Time:

• One night means from first day 1:00PM to next day 12:00PM(Noon)
• Earliest Check in time: 1:00PM
• Latest Check out time: 12:00PM(Noon)

Parking:

• Parking is optional but not free.
• CAD$10 / Parking Spot / Night

Reservation:

• Our hotel rooms are first come first serve unless you make a reservation.
• There is no service fee to make a reservation. Customer may select between the reservation price and the check in price.
• There are THREE ways to make reservation:

    • Come to our hotel and pay cash deposit in person.
    • If total room fee is above $200, deposit $200 dollars
    • If total room fee is below $200, depots full amount

Hotel Rules:

• No Smoking anywhere inside of the hotel
• No Cooking. All heat related is prohibited.
  • (We do have microwave and hot water provied in public places)
  • (Talk to manager first if you need to use candle or iron)
• Must remain quiet after midnight.
• Only 2 people are allowed in standard, sofa room over night
  Only 4 people are allowed in double beds room over night
• No Pet
• Do not purposely damage, steal or leaving permanent stain to room accessories.

Payment:

• All payment must be done in cash.
• Your credit card information is used as insurance of your arrival and also the damage deposit when you staying.
• There should be NO charge against your credit card if you do arrive on your check in date and obeys hotel rules.
• We recommend you to pay in Canadian dollars.
• We also accept US dollars and Euros. However, our converting rate is much lower than the market converting rate.

Cancellation policy:

• Before Check in: Free to change or to cancel if 48hr before your check in date noon time. Otherwise, no refund.
• After Check in: 50% refund of unused day room fee. No refund for parking fee.
